Patricia (Tricia) Terril-Meineke (Terril)

What's Up?: I was divorced in 1980 and have three grown children. I have resided in Arvada for the past 33 years. I manage to keep quite busy with work, family, friends and traveling.
Interests?: I enjoy traveling, sailing, bike riding, walking, quilting and family activities.
Occupation? (or former occupation): I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Colorado Certified Addictions Counselor. I have a part time private practice in Arvada and I am an Assessment and Referral Specialist with Exempla Healthcare Hospitals.
Memories from High School: Having close friends, enjoying parties and get togethers are some of my best memories of those years.

Gary Thrash

Marital status: Married
Children: 3
Comment: Through Conservation association fund raising auction we bought 2 tickets on Durango Silverton Train for summer 2017. Open invitatiion for others wanting to ride scenic narrow gauge railroad.  Coordinate dates with us and we have extra bedroom.
What's Up?: Kay & I have been married 39 years, have 3 adult children, 6 grand children. After retiring from the Feds I took over a family farm raising grass fed beef with a friend.
Interests?: Grand Children, photograghy, mountains, deserts. The 4 corners is a great place to live life.
Occupation? (or former occupation): Retired from National Forest and BLM in Durango 4 years ago. Volunteer my time on boards with the local, state and national conservation districts and associations. Last wildfire assignment at age 62 so no longer chase smoke.
Memories from High School: Pretty insignificant adventure. Had crush on prettiest girl I have ever known. 2 yrs in Bolins biology classes. Mediocre wrestler.
Higher Ed? Military? First Job? Travels?: Graduated from CSU in 1971 with degree in pre-med biology but have worked in public land resource management ever since. Memorable travel: interrogated by KGB in Belarus, shipwrecked on Amazon river in Peru. Other than that nothing of significance.
Tell us about your family: Daughter and son-in-law in Illinois with 3 granddaughters and a step grand son. Daughter in Durango with 2 granddaughters. Son lives in Denver works as Uber and Lyft service driver and for Issachar center for Urban Leadership.

Leslie Tibbs (Betz)

What's Up?: My husband and I live in North Idaho and have raised four children. We have nine grandchildren. Two of our children live in Colorado and the other two live in North Idaho. The Betz family gets together for a family reunion every year. This year we're holding it in Dillon, Colorado so it'll be doubly fun to have two reunions.
Interests?: Activities I enjoy are golfing and any sports that include the lake. We live near Coeur d Alene and Hayden Lakes and the water is a big part of our life.
Occupation? (or former occupation): I was basically a housewife and helped out at the school. My husband has an architectural business and I assist when he lets me.
Memories from High School: One of my favorite high school memories is riding horses with Evie (Blewitt) Brau and Sue Brundage.
More WRHS Memories ... : Evie and I were driving around one night in Evie's MG and totally out of character, Evie decided to egg a certain someone's house... We came by the next day to check out the damage and the egg was sitting on the roof and it was whole! It didn't break!!! Did we boil it first?

Dennis Tuttle

What's Up?: Married for 38 years- 4 sons and 10 grandchildren- Keeps my wife Debbie and I pretty busy
Interests?: Still like golf and bowling but now my passion is motorcycling.
Occupation? (or former occupation): I have had several, branch management for a window covering manufacturer and even owned my own business for about 8 years among others. I am now a sales rep for a waste removal company.
Memories from High School: My memory is not that good.

Katherine Vela (Nosler (then Beaty))

Children: 2
Interests?: We still travel SOME to calif to see grandchildren and my husbands family and to North Dakota to see the other grandchildren. And we love New Mexico (wish we could afford a home near TAOS but I love having NO house payment.
Occupation? (or former occupation): Worked a total of 32 years in the accounting world BUT ENJOY RETIREMENT MUCH MORE.

Kathy Wehmeyer (Langan)

Marital status: Committed Relationship
Children: 2
What's Up?: I moved from Arvada to a small town in southern Maine in 1981. Raised a son (technical writer) and daughter (Occupational Therapist) and managed to remain married for 30 years, divorcing in 2000. I am currently in a committed relationship, living in southern Maine and wintering in Punta Gorda, FL.
Interests?: Quilting, dancing, hiking, biking, sitting in the sun at the beach with a good book, HIIT (high intensity interval training) classes at the local gym five days a week. My partner, Bill and I are committed to improving the lives and reputation of pit bulls and pit bull type dogs. To this end, we are the guardians of a red nose pit bull, Titan and foster pit bull puppies for the Animal Welfare Society. Occupation? (or former occupation): Upon graduation, I worked as a bank teller and secretary; worked for Wood Bros. Homes for several years as a secretary and real estate loan closer. I retired in 2009 after 25 years as a firefighter and EMT with the Sanford Fire Department in southern Maine.



After my retirement, I worked briefly (very briefly) for Lowe\'s, then spent nearly 4 years as the Volunteer Coordinator for the Animal Welfare Society. By choice, I am currently very happily unemployed.

Lynn Westbrook-Langton (Tuba)

What's Up?: Enjoying retirement and grand kids after 36 years in education.
Interests?: I love to quilt and to read when I am not busy with friends.

I love being around my grand children!
Occupation? (or former occupation): I was an elementary school principal in Wyoming and Colorado for 18 years and then went on to retire as Assistant Superintendent of Instruction in Loveland,Colorado. I worked part time for the Ed. Department at CSU when I retired but am fully retired now.
Memories from High School: Loved all of the Farmer\'s Barns and the games. I felt like I had wonderful friends to hang out with and it has been fun to reconnect in recent years.
Tell us about your family: I have 2 children with T Westbrook a boy and a girl. We were married for 15 years. I have 2 step children with my current husband Ron. Most of my family still live in Denver.

What's Up?: After CU School of Architecture then 3 years in the Army. Airborne Ranger in Viet Nam. Then 30 + years as mechanical systems project manager and design engineer in the HVAC industry with an engineering company in Colorado Springs. Vice President and part owner for 18 years. Wife, no kids, various dogs and cats. Retired in March 2007. Now playing as much golf and skiing as possible.
Interests?: Golf, skiing, and off road racing. Volunteer work with local community service organization. Over 10 years as advisor for a volunteer community service group of 180 + students at the local Lewis-Palmer High School.
Occupation? (or former occupation): Mechanical Engineer, company owner, general jack of all trades..........
Memories from High School: Rock climbing and four wheeling on Fridays. Cannot believe Bill Schneider can remember Graduation night up at that cabin. (I sure don't remember anything but waking up on my lawn the next morning)

What's Up?: I am the Coordinator for the Great Adventure Bible Study program at Spirit of Christ Catholic Community. We had 450 people enrolled last fall and hope to have that many this year.
Interests?: Scrapbooking, Reading and Lunch
Occupation? (or former occupation): US West/Qwest 30 years - Business Account Specialist in Marketing. Retired in 2001.
